Santa Clara Law’s High Tech Law Institute is proud to host the American Bar Association’s fifth annual AI and Robotics National Institute.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing everything in ways that lawyers cannot afford to ignore including issues around deepfakes, fraud, information security attacks; novel legal issues (e.g., intellectual property, data protection, employment, contracting); and ethical implications of using generative AI in the practice of law.
This fast-paced and stimulating National Institute will cover the AI and Robotics hot topics everyone needs to know while bringing together law firms, government, and in-house attorneys as well as business leaders. The Institute will cover these and other hot topics (including drones!) in AI and robotics law and policy while providing practical guidance and tools for practicing law and managing risk in the era of generative AI.
