Santa Clara Law Rankings Spring 2024

Santa Clara Law continues to catch the eye of students and professionals alike with its innovative educational programs, dedication to academic excellence, and commitment to training lawyers who lead.

In the Spring 2024 edition of The National Jurist’s preLaw Magazine, Santa Clara Law was awarded three distinct accolades. The magazine, a leading publication for pre-law students nationwide, awarded the School an A+ in Intellectual Property (IP) Law and an A- in Practical Training. In addition, the School was named among the Top Online J.D. Programs in the nation for the highly successful Flex J.D. program.

Santa Clara Law students enjoy a wide breadth of intellectual property and high-tech curricula. Thanks to this depth, students can create a highly personalized course of study, working with our High-Tech Law Institute (HTLI) for a personally tailored law school experience. Through the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center (KGACLC), students can also gain hands-on experience with legal representation and can prepare real briefs for real cases through Santa Clara Law’s Northern California Innocence Project (NCIP). Further, our Flex J.D. program’s flexible law school schedule helps students with career and family commitments who still strive for a first-rate legal education.

These accolades come after Santa Clara Law’s A+ rank for Technology Law in preLaw’s Winter 2024 edition. preLaw’s highly sought-after law school honor roll showcases programs and achievements from law schools across the country, and Santa Clara Law’s constant presence in that honor roll attests to the quality of education and commitment to scholarship that we champion.
