Hosted by Santa Clara Law Professor Eli Edwards and HTLI Managing Director, Nikki Pope, Without Precedent examines the impact of technology innovations on the law and legal practice. In the first episode, Eli and Nikki are joined by CalBar Trustee Joanna Mendoza and Santa Clara Law alum Mary Grace Guzmán discuss increasing the availability of legal services for underserved communities in California. In future episodes, Eli and Nikki will talk with technologists, inventors, judges, academics, lawyers, and politicians to discuss how law can pace with technological innovation.
