This summer, learn about Venture Capital law while gaining valuable skills

This summer, we encourage you to consider taking the Venture Capital course, a 2 unit course that qualifies for the High Tech Law Certificate requirement and satisfies the Professional Skills requirement. The course is being taught by Graham Burnette, an experienced venture capitalist and former lawyer. Professor Burnette will share real-world examples and the reasons why the industry runs the way that it does. You’ll also learn how to draft and review key documents related to venture capital.
