Margalynne Armstrong’s 2016 Santa Clara Law Review article “Are We Nearing the End of Impunity for Taking Black Lives?” was mentioned in SheFlexx, a  newsletter for progressive women over 50. The article traces US law’s failure to protect black lives, noting that while progress was made during the civil right era, police violence remains “the last bastion of impunity for killing African Americans.”
