Margalynne Armstrong to participate in a debate at UC Berkeley about reparations for slavery

Margalynne Armstrong will be in a debate at UC Berkeley on November 21. “Unchained? A Debate on Reparations for Slavery” will examine the question of whether he U.S. Government should pay reparations to African Americans impacted by slavery.
