Santa Clara University School of Law professor Lynette Parker was quoted in San Francisco Business Times on a letter penned by college administrators urging undocumented students to return home before Donald Trump’s inauguration. From the article:
“We want to make sure that students are aware of the risks,” Lynette Parker, an immigration law expert and associate clinical professor of law at the Santa Clara University School of Law, told the Los Angeles Times. “We want to be on the cautious side and want to make sure that we’re warning persons that we don’t know what’s going to happen.”
