Santa Clara Law Associate Professor Colleen Chien delivered the Early Careers Scholars presentation today at the American Law Institute Annual Meeting in Washington D.C., where she was introduced by Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar, a Justice of the Supreme Court of California. Last year, Chien was named a recipient of the Young Scholar Medal, an award presented every other year at the Institute’s Annual Meeting to one or two outstanding early-career law professors whose work has the potential to influence improvements in the law.
