Professor Sandoval will also be presenting to this year’s symposium at San Diego University School of Law on Nov. 9 on her upcoming article: “Cybersecurity Risks to Energy Reliability, Public Safety, and Climate Change Solutions from Net Neutrality Repeal”. It will be published in volume 10 of the San Diego JCEL.
