Carlos Rosario JD ’11 has been selected as a 2021 40 Under 40 award recipient by Silicon Valley Business Journal. Mr. Rosario is currently Product Counsel at Wing. His career has put him in large law firms and as an in-house attorney, as well as made him CEO of Foothill Community Health Center.
