An Article by Gary Neustadter Has Been Selected for a Prize by the American Bankruptcy Institute

Gary Neustadter’s article, “Randomly Distributed Trial Court Justice: A Case Study and Siren from the Consumer Bankruptcy World,” which was published in the Summer 2016 issue of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review, has been selected by the ABI Law Review Advisory Board for the 6th annual Judge Wes Steen Prize. The prize, including a $5,000 cash award, will be presented to Gary during the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Annual Spring Meeting in Washington,D.C. on Saturday, April 22, 2017. More info.
