Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the law library is providing limited services to SCU law faculty and students. See info below for more info.

Reservable Study Space

The law library will be open for a limited number of hours (by reservation only) to SCU law students looking for a quiet place to study. No group study or use of study rooms is allowed at this time. Students seeking to study must adhere to SCU’s COVID testing protocols.

Reservable study space will be available during the following hours:

Sunday: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Saturday: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Because of the limited number of seats, students will need to apply to use the library using the Library Study Seating Petition form. If you need another petition form sent to you please contact either Whitney Alexander ( or Maria Quinonez (

  • Research Services

  • Book Pickup Service

    • Available to current SCU Law students, staff, and faculty.

    • By appointment only

    • Allows books from the law library collection to be checked out

    • Fill out the book request form here.

  • Scanning Services

    • Available to current SCU Law students, staff, and faculty.

    • We can scan articles or books (up to one chapter) from the library collection

    • Submit a request via the Interlibrary Loan/ILL page.
