SIPLA and HTLI co-host the first High Tech Tuesday (HTT) event this semester. Join us on Tuesday, January 24th at noon to hear visiting Prof. Takenaka from University of Washington School of Law speaking about Employee Invention Rights related to the Stanford v. Roche case.
In Stanford v. Roche, the Supreme Court held that title in a patented invention vests first in the inventor, even if the inventor is a researcher at a federally funded lab subject to the Bayh-Dole Act. This is a free event, open to both students and the public.
