On October 23-24, 2018, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is holding the fourth session of its Hearings Initiative: “Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century” at the Constitution Center in Washington, DC. Two Santa Clara Law professors will testify before the FTC during this session. Professor Tyler Ochoa will testify on “Competition and Copyright Law” on Tuesday afternoon, October 23rd. Professor Colleen Chien will testify on “Emerging Trends in Patent Litigation” on Wednesday morning, October 24th. If you are in DC on those dates, the Constitution Center is at 400 7th Street SW.
