Santa Clara Law Professor Tyler Ochoa will be presenting “Recent Developments in U.S. Copyright Law” on Wednesday, October 23, at noon, for the Northern California chapter of the Copyright Society of the USA.
The presentation will be at Kilpatrick, Townsend & Stockton, 1080 Marsh Road, in Menlo Park. Cost is $25 for Members, $30 for Non-Members, and $15 for Students.

Professor Ochoa will be repeating the talk at the American Intellectual Property Law Association Annual Meeting in Washington D.C. on Saturday, October 26. And will also discuss with our students on campus on Tuesday, October 29, at noon in Bannan Hall, Room 139.
He will also be a panelist at a conference on software copyright, Altai @ 21, at the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology, on Friday, October 25. The conference celebrates the 21st anniversary of the landmark Second Circuit decision in Computer Associates v. Altai, and will discuss the Oracle v. Google appeal.
