Professors Galloway & Michels are seeking Patent Litigation Practitioners to provide feedback to students in their Patent Litigation Course in March and April. Santa Clara’s Patent Litigation course has a tremendous group of students and we need the help of experienced patent litigation practitioners to provide feedback to students during depositions and motions.

Truly, skills-based classes can only work with the generous support of our alumni and friends of the law school. If you can help, please click on the link below and simply type in your name and email address for a day and time that works for you. Please note that there are two tabs in the spreadsheet, one for depositions and one for motions. Please feel free to forward this to other interested attorneys as well.

All events are in Bannan Hall at Santa Clara University.

Depositions: March 2012.
Play a witness or provide feedback to students deposing and defending depositions. Total time commitment 1.5 to 2 hours.

Motions: April 2012.
Be a District Court Judge during a claim construction/summary judgment hearing (the briefs will be graded by the instructor; you are Judge for oral argument). Minimal prep time to review bench brief and/or review briefs. 90 minute hearing.

Sign up on the volunteer sign-up sheet.

Thank you.
