The FCBA Privacy and Data Security Committee and the ABA Communications Law Forum present, "Privacy in Motion," the inaugural Fall Privacy & Data Security Symposium hosted by Santa Clara University School of Law in Santa Clara, California. The keynote speaker will be the Honorable Catherine J.K. Sandoval, Commissioner, California Public Utility Commission. SCU Law Professor and HTLI Director, Eric Goldman will also be a speaker. This event will feature two sessions focused on mobile issues.
