Xuan’s dedication to providing legal aid and support for marginalized individuals and small businesses underscores her commitment to justice and empowerment. Through Elevate, she offers critical legal services in the areas of criminal law, domestic violence and family law, real property and landlord/tenant law, and low and pro bono legal services for small businesses. For example, common criminal records services offered by Elevate include criminal record-sealing and expungement that, when applied, enable individuals to rebuild their lives and pursue new opportunities.
