The Inequality of the 19th Amendment
Santa Clara Law's Women and Law Association, Black Law Students Association, and ACLU NorCal Chapters will be hosting a panel focusing on the Inequality of the 19th Amendment. Even though August 26th marked the 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment which gave women the right to vote, the date should not be celebrated as Equality Day.
