Until November 3rd, the law school community has access to the Westlaw India database. Access during the trial is NOT by IP address. So, if you are interested in researching law from India, please stop by the reference desk to request the username and password which will provide access during the trial period.
The Westlaw India database is separate and distinct from the law school Westlaw subscription, which provides relatively little material from or about India. Westlaw India, in contrast, includes state and federal cases, legislation, and current awareness information: news and press notes; the latter from Indian ministry offices.
