The United States Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments today in Arizona v. United States (11-182). A transcript should be available at the Supreme Court website later today and an audio recording at the end of the week. Professor Gulasekaram, with Professor Ramakrishnan from UC Riverside’s department of political science, has written an op-ed for the Los Angeles Times on the case.

The Supreme Court webpage now includes transcripts, recordings, orders and filings for the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act cases argued last month: Department of Health & Human Services v. Florida (11-398), Florida v. Department of Health & Human Services (11-400), National Federation of Independent Businesses v. Sibelius (11-393). Last Thursday, Professor Joondeph talked on campus about the importance of this litigation. A link to his CNN opinion piece on the topic is featured on the SCU Law webpage.

Supreme Court briefs are also available from the American Bar Association’s online Preview of United States Supreme Court Cases.
