For the remainder of October, the law school community has online access to an electronic version of International Law Reports (ILR), courtesy of Justis, the British online publisher. Also included in our trial is access to JustCite, a citator for British cases. You can access both databases from on campus and from off campus via the OSCAR record.
We already subscribe to International Law Reports in print. It contains decisions of international courts and decisions of national courts on issues of international law. To access ILR electronically, click on the connect-to-Justis link in the OSCAR record. From the Justis page: 1) click on Index and Contents, then click on the + sign by cases, then the + sign by all cases, the click on International Law Reports for a display of volumes by year, OR 2) use the quick search to look for a particular case, OR 3) click on Cases and fill in the search template.
JustCite provides multiple parallel citations for each case covered and links to full text in those databases to which we subscribe. Precedent maps provided as part of JustCite (in the left hand column) offer a graphic representation of the relationships among cases. To connect to JustCite, go to the OSCAR record and click on the connect-to-JustCite link.
