The International Criminal Court has found Thomas Lubanga Dyilo guilty of recruiting and using child soldiers in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The unanimous verdict is the first from a Trial Chamber of the Court, which was inaugurated in 2003 after the Rome Statute entered into force.
