The Superintendent of Documents Office has announced that the Government Printing Office’s movement from the GPO Access website to the newer FDsys.gov (Federal Digital System) website is now complete. The 16-year-old GPO Access site has been archived and taken offline; users are redirected to FDsys instead.

This move has been in the works for months. FDsys was named the official website for government information at the end of 2010. No new content had been added to GPO Access since late 2011. FDsys provides more sophisticated searches, multiple file formats, help tools, and browsing capabilities. Currently available at FDsys, a mobile app for the fiscal 2013 budget!
