SCU Law Friends,
I write to inform you that one of our finalists for the deanship — Annette Clark — has withdrawn from consideration for our position. She has accepted the deanship at her home institution, Seattle University School of Law.
Ms. Clark sent the Dean Search Committee a very gracious note thanking everyone in the Santa Clara community for our warm hospitality. She told us that she "genuinely agonized" over the decision, particularly after her "wonderful" visit to the Santa Clara campus.
Our final Dean Candidate visit will be next Monday, April 1st at 4:30 PM in Bannan 135.
Following that, the SBA will host two forums for students to discuss all the Dean candidates on April 3rd at 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM in Bannan 139.
