Benefit for Justice: Annual Fundraiser for the Public Interest and Social Justice Endowment
Friday, Sept. 28, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the California Mission Room, Benson Center

The Benefit for Justice is the primary fundraising event for the Public Interest and Social Justice Endowment at the law school. The Endowment funds scholarships and summer grants, and provides income supplement grants to graduates practicing public interest and social justice law. This year, the Benefit will take place as an afternoon reception consisting of an award ceremony and a live auction featuring items donated by professors. Tickets will be on sale in the Bannan Lounge in September. Dates and times will be posted on the Social Justice Blog, as well as in the Grapevine. Ticket prices for students and student guests are $15 each, and include the opportunity to win door prizes and to bid lunches, dinners and social events with esteemed members of the law school’s faculty. Tickets also include hors d’ oeuvres and beverages (beer and wine will be sold separately).
