Law professors have increasingly turned to blogs and other electronic media to engage current legal issues. Law schools must evaluate if the work of these "blawgers" should weigh comparably with traditional hard copy scholarship. Does this form of writing present challenges to credibility or does its timeliness make it particularly useful?
In this on-line and live panel, several blawgers, a federal judge, and a practicing lawyer engage the issues presented by the proliferation of electronic discussions of the law.
