Course Description:

The purpose of this course is to introduce students to statutory interpretation- a skill that you will need to use throughout your legal career. This course introduces students to the rules, presumptions, and canons of statutory interpretation. It examines statutory interpretation within the context of Administrative laws, regulatory proceedings, and case analysis.
