Critical Lawyering Skills Seminar C

Course Description:

The 1L Critical Skills Seminar interactive course that focuses on competencies students will need to succeed in law school and enter practice. Using hands-on problem based scenarios to explore professional roles, teach reflective lawyering and introduce students to critical skills such as: Communication, active listening, managing ones own work, client service, creative problem solving, handling mistakes, self-development and reflective lawyering. The seminar is designed to help students think strategically about the critical skills needed for their law school and professional goals, and to develop a plan to achieve them.
