Constitutional Law 2
Course Description:
Second half of introduction to concepts of constitutional doctrine. Focus on individual rights; equal protection; freedom of speech, press, and assembly; and freedom of religion. Required during the second year.
Class Notes:
This class will be held Online, though the listed room (Charney Hall 207) will be reserved for students enrolled in this class for use (as needed) to view class sessions synchronously.
The final exam for this course will take place IN-PERSON in Charney Hall. No exceptions.
