Santa Clara Law Students Take First Place in Regional Moot Court Competition

Santa Clara Law School hosted the Western Regional competition on March 15 and 16 for the AIPLA Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition (for patent law).

The Santa Clara team of Mona Kashani and Elif Kimyacioglu took first place in the regionals, earning them a trip to the national competition in Washington DC. Also, the Santa Clara team of Samar Shah and Christopher Robinson had the highest appellant brief in the region.
