Santa Clara Law Review’s annual Symposium, entitled "Big Business and the Roberts Court: Constitutional Developments and Explaining the Court’s Receptiveness to Business Interests," will take place on Friday, January 23, 2009, at Santa Clara University School of Law. The event will provide a forum for dialogue, debate, and analysis of the various constitutional issues and explanations for what some have called the Court’s extreme friendliness to American business interests.

Speakers for the symposium include: Professor Jeffrey Rosen, Professor Pamela Karlan, Professor Vik Amar, Professor Jonathan Adler, and Former Assistant Solicitor General Sri Srinivasan. Santa Clara University School of Law Professor Bradley Joondeph will moderate the Symposium.

Attorneys who attend the symposium will receive MCLE credit.
