SANTA CLARA, Calif., January 31, 2025–Santa Clara University School of Law and Loyola University Chicago’s Institute for Investor Protection will convene a special conference on February 7, titled “Investor Protection Summit in the Age of Crypto and AI.”

As technology reshapes our financial systems, this summit brings together preeminent judges, regulators, scholars, legal professionals, ethicists, and tech industry leaders to share powerful insights and help illuminate the future of financial regulation and investor protection—particularly in light of the Trump Administration’s recent executive order promoting U.S. leadership in digital assets and establishing a working group that would be charged with proposing regulations for the crypto industry.

The conference will take place from 8 a.m. to 4:30 pm, followed by a reception, at Santa ClaraUniversity School of Law’s Charney Hall, 500 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA 95053.
