Veteran’s Law Society

Student Life

The VLS is a society geared at both aiding veterans in their journey through law school as well as acquainting all interested students with the nature of the armed forces. Additionally, we seek to engage the local veteran community through community service and outreach to current veteran alumni as well as veterans’ organizations. We look forward to bridging the gap between those that have served and those who wish to be involved with or learn more about service to this great nation.

Mission Statement

We, the Veteran’s Law Society (VLS) of Santa Clara University School of Law, in order to promote awareness to the students, faculty, staff, and alumni of the School of Law of our needs and objectives for our members in the legal community, and for the support of Veteran students enrolled in the School of Law, establish this constitution for the Veteran’s Law Society of Santa Clara School of Law, hereafter referred to as VLS. The primary mission of VLS is to provide a social network to unite all members of the Veteran legal community.
