AV Classroom Support is Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm; After 4:30pm, please call SCU Media Services, 408-554-4520, if Law Tech Help Desk is not available.

The Law Technology Help Desk is located in the Mabie Grand Atrium. In-person, walk-in or drop-in services are not available in Charney 111. Please call 408-554-5762 during normal business hours, Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-4pm, for assistance. We are often in and out of the office helping out customers so If you need help, then seek assistance at our Law Technology Help Desk first.  You can also call 408-554-5762 during normal business hours to reach an available Law Technology staff.

Faculty and Staff: please create a ticket via lawtechhelpdesk.scu.edu to schedule an appointment in advance for a remote or in-person support session. All in-person appointments will be handled in your office or at the Law Technology Help Desk in the Mabie Grand Atrium.
