How will seating work for our guests?
As a Sponsor, you will have table(s) reserved for you and your guests in the Mission City Ballroom. Each table will have a table sign displaying your company logo. Your table(s) are reserved for you for the duration of the Symposium.
Kasner representatives will also be in the ballroom to direct you and your guests to your assigned table(s).
How do I register my guests?
You will be provided a formatted excel document which you will use to submit all of your guest information. Final guest lists are due No Later Than Monday, August 17, 2026. You must use the formatted excel document provided.
Is parking provided?
Yes. There is complimentary parking at the Santa Clara Convention Center, and third floor parking allows direct access into the Convention Center. Visit here for more information on parking.
What are the hours of the Symposium?
Thursday, August 27th: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm PDT
Friday, August 28th: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm PDT
Where will Registration & Check-In be Located?
Registration and Check-In will be in the Mission City Lobby located on the 1st floor of the Santa Clara Convention Center starting at 7:00 am PDT on both Thursday, August 27th and Friday, August 28th.

7:30 am – 8:30 am Continental Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall
10:30 am – 11:00 am Morning Break
12:30 pm – 2:00 pm Buffet Lunch (Or lunch on your own.)
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Networking Reception in the Exhibit Hall
Friday, August 28th (All Day Coffee & Water Stations in the Exhibit Hall)
7:00 am – 8:00 am Continental Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall
9:45 am – 10:00 am Morning Break with Exhibitors
What if some of my guests have dietary restrictions?
Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Vegetarian options will be made available.

How many and what Continuing Education Credits (CEC) can be earned?
Approval is pending for approximately 10.0 continuing education credits for those licensed in the state of California for the following: CTFA, CFP, CPA, Insurance, MCLE, and LSCLE.
At this time, the Jerry A. Kasner Symposium will only be seeking continuing education credit approval for the State of California.
Session Attendance Reporting will be managed by ConferenceAdit. More information will be provided in the coming weeks and on site at the Symposium.
How will session materials be made available?
Session materials will be made available for download via ConferenceAdit.
Additional instructions will be sent to all attendees before the Symposium. No printed materials will be available on-site.
My Sponsorship includes an Exhibit Table, where do I find that information?
A separate document will be sent to you providing all the Exhibitor details.
