Mattia Corsiglia worked at the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office for over 10 years, where he prosecutes complex white-collar crime cases, including conspiracy, embezzlement, money laundering, fraud, and government integrity violations.

He has served on the AI Committee for the SCCDAO/Prosecutor’s Center for Excellence, the Anti-Money Laundering Committee for the CDAA, and was previously Co-Chair of the Santa Clara County Bar Association Judiciary Committee. He has extensive trial experience, having first-chaired numerous jury and court trials to verdict.

Before joining the District Attorney’s Office, Mattia was an Associate at Jones Day, where he represented large corporate clients in complex civil and class action litigation. In addition to his legal work, Mattia is involved in various professional and community activities. He co-founded an artificial intelligence company focused on AI for prosecutors and serves as a Committee Member helping to raise money to found Hillbrook High in downtown San Jose.
