Jennifer Stefanski, Associate GC and Senior Product Counsel at Momentive Inc. (maker of SurveyMonkey). Jennifer previously held Product Counsel roles with PayPal and eBay. As Product Counsel, Jennifer works hand in hand with the product and technology teams, advising on consumer protection, intellectual property, commercial, privacy and regulatory matters. 

She began her career at Blank Rome, LLP as an associate in the Intellectual Property and Technology practice group. At Blank Rome, she counseled external clients on matters such as copyright, trademark, internet law, privacy, promotional and marketing matters, as well as negotiating software licenses and technology transfer agreements. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and Pennsylvania State University. Jennifer serves on the board of Aerie Africa.
