Ganka Hadjipetrova, CIPP/US, CIPM, is Senior Privacy Counsel at Airbnb. Ganka has previously worked in-house on data privacy and security issues at LinkedIn, Intuit and Pinterest. In her private practice, she has counseled clients on IP and tech transactions, privacy operations, and cybersecurity compliance. She has served as a co-chair of the Privacy Sub-Committee at the ABA IPL’s Copyrights and Social Media Law Section and a contributor to the Landslide Magazine. Before law practice, Ganka was part of Stanford’s Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law, where her studies of privacy as a human right and policy driver first began.
