Elena Liveris is an attorney with the Law Offices of Michael M. Mulder, where she focuses on complex and class action litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts.  Most recently, she has helped to obtain significant settlements for employee and retiree participants of 401(k) plans with breach of fiduciary duty claims under ERISA.  Elena also advocates for individuals in employment matters.

Elena graduated with high honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as executive articles editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review.  She earned a B.A. from Northwestern University.
