NCIP’s Veritas Initiative released its inaugural report of prosecutorial misconduct in California on Wednesday

The report documents judicial findings of misconduct by prosecutors in state and federal courts in 2010. Veritas researchers found 130 findings of misconduct in 102 cases, 26 of which resulted in reversals of convictions,… orders for new trial or the barring of prosecution evidence.
