The criminal justice system sometimes convicts innocent people.* Several jurisdictions have established conviction review programs to ensure the guilty were convicted and the innocent go free. This groundbreaking symposium brings together prominent judges, district attorneys, defense attorneys and others to discuss the critical issue of conviction review and highlight various conviction review programs.
