In collaboration with JAMS, the Conflict Resolution Program is honored to host 2018 Weinstein JAMS Fellows for a panel discussion in which they share their impressions of dispute resolution in their countries, and their Fellowship projects. Among the topics they will address are the following:
- The status of dispute resolution in their home countries
- How conflict resolution traditions of their home cultures have influenced the resolution of legal disputes; and
- What they hope to gain from their experiences as Weinstein JAMS International Fellows.
The Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship Program provides opportunities for qualified individuals from outside the United States to study dispute resolution processes and practices in the U.S. to assist them in their efforts to advance the resolution of disputes in their home countries.
