This year, the Center for Social Justice and Public Service’s annual Benefit for Social Justice will be held in Charney Hall! Join us on Friday, September 13, 2019, from 6-9pm for a night of socializing and fundraising. All proceeds from sales of auction items will help fund summer grants for students to do summer internships with public interest and social justice organizations.
The Benefit will feature both a live and silent auction, as well as music and refreshments. This year, the silent auction will take place online at 32Auctions. To participate in the online silent auction, you MUST create an account with 32Auctions.
On Friday, August 30, at noon, the silent auction will commence. There will be a large variety of artwork, tickets to sporting events, and a few pieces of legal interest. You can also bid on silent auction items during the Benefit from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Charney Hall. The silent online auction will close at 8:00 pm on Friday, September 15. We will have a live auction for other items from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm in Charney Hall on the day of the Benefit.
Please join us at the Benefit for Social Justice and help support law students who are committed to using their legal training to advance social justice and public interest goals!
NOTICE ABOUT EVENT PARKING — The main parking structure on campus may be quite full because a soccer game is happening at the same time. Additional parking will be available in the parking structure near the corner of Benton and Alameda.
