Pav is currently the Head of Legal of North America for Nexthink, a unicorn startup. Among other things, he specializes in complex technology transactions and oversees the Partner Ecosystem.

Prior to that, Pav joined a defense contractor (Applied Signal Technology, later acquired by Raytheon) as its first and only attorney. In addition to handling all legal, contractual and negotiating issues, he built an entire licensing division that upon his departure had accounted for 40% of company profits. Thirteen years later, he accepted a position at Juniper Networks, overseeing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, handling IP related transactions, and providing open source support. He then hopped to DocuSign as a Senior Legal Counsel, handling transactions in the Federal, SLED and Partner Ecosystem spaces.

Pav is a voracious reader, loves hip hop and the Golden State Warriors, can never travel enough, and has a number of philanthropic passions, focusing mainly on Sikh based community organizations.
