Christina M. Ginger is an Associate Attorney at Ferrari Ottoboni Caputo & Wunderling LLP in the Firm’s Tax, Trust, and Estate Group. Christina grew up in Santa Clara and attended Saint Francis High School. She earned her B.S.C. in Economics (summa cum laude) and Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from Santa Clara University. She was inducted into the Order of the Coif upon graduation from Santa Clara Law. As a law student, Christina served as a Judicial Intern in the Probate Department of the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, under the late Honorable Thomas Wm. Cain. Christina also served as an Academic and Professional Development Fellow for Santa Clara Law mentoring law students through their legal studies.
Christina specializes in income, estate, and gift taxation, with particular emphasis on estate planning, wealth transfer planning, retirement planning, trust administration, and probate. She also has experience representing tax controversies and audits before the Internal Revenue Service and the Franchise Tax Board, and she is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
Christina remains active in the Santa Clara University community. Christina teaches legal analysis and writing at Santa Clara Law as an adjunct faculty member, and she serves on the Board of the Jerry A. Kasner Estate Planning Symposium. Christina is also a member of the Silicon Valley Bar Association, the Santa Clara County Estate Planning Council, and the Taxation and Trusts & Estates Sections of the State Bar of California.
Christina lives in Santa Clara with her family. She enjoys baseball, running, cooking, and all things Disney.
