Associate Dean Sandee Magliozzi co-presented a national webinar on Innovation in Legal Education Through Collaboration Between Law Schools and Law Firms with Michele Bendekovic, Director of Attorney Development and Diversity at Bass, Berry and Sims PLC for NALP. The webinar is part of a four-part webinar series based on the book Innovating Talent Management in Law Firms in which Dean Magliozzi is a contributing author. The webinar addressed the issue of entry-level associates not being practice ready when they graduate and join a law firm, and the role of collaboration between schools and firms that could lead to innovative solutions to a decades old skills gap and the creation of a new model that serves both schools and firms.
