Professor Eric Goldman was quoted in the site BoingBoing about ex parte temporary restraining orders in tech company disputes. Professor Goldman also discussed a lawsuit targeting Google with Bloomberg Law radio, for a spot that aired on more than a half dozen different stations nationwide including KSL in Salt Lake City, KGO in the Bay area, and WBBR. He also was interviewed by NBCValleyWag and others about the case of an Uber user attacked by his driver in San Francisco, and talked with Agence France Presse about laws affecting consumers posting negative Yelp reviews.
