Santa Clara Law has a new Privacy Law Certificate! If you are a rising 3L and interested in the certificate, you are eligible to obtain the certificate, but schedule an appointment with Prof. Goldman ASAP to see if you can complete the requirements in time.
Rising 2Ls: If you are interested in obtaining the Privacy Law Certificate, you will need to declare your intention by the end of Fall semester. We encourage you to enroll in Privacy Law in Fall, and you might also want to consider a Fall externship. Prof. Goldman is available to talk with you about your interest in the certificate and to help you with externships. Please contact Prof. Goldman to schedule an appointment.
