Performance Test Workshop

Course Description:

This course hones timed analytical writing skills necessary to successfully draft a 90-minute performance test as a part of the Bar Exam. Through timed, in-class practice, students will develop a solid understanding of the organization, depth, and precision required on the performance test, including how to read, analyze, and synthesize legal and factual materials quickly and accurately. Students will write five (5) performance tests in-class, and will receive regular feedback from their instructor. Enrollment is limited to students in their final year of law school.
